车底炉在细结构石墨一次焙烧中的应用

介绍了国内外车底炉基本结构和特点,对比了车底炉与环式炉的性能差异,分析了细结构石墨一次焙烧的难点,提出了车底炉在细结构石墨焙烧工序中的关键工艺参数,为车底炉在细结构石墨产业的应用提供技术参考。

This paper introduces the basic structure and characteristics of domestic and international car bottom furnace. The differ- ences between car bottom furnace and ring baking furnace were briefly contrasted. And the difficulties of baking process for fine struc- ture graphite were elaborated on. The key parameters of process control for car bottom furnace used in the baking of fine structure graphite were proposed, which could provide technical reference for the selection and application of fine structure graphite industry.
