经会阴超声评估盆腔脏器脱垂合并压力性尿失禁的参数特点及意义 被引量：13

摘要 目的:研究经会阴超声检测女性盆腔脏器脱垂(POP)合并压力性尿失禁(SUI)的参数特点。方法:经会阴超声检查60例POP患者(其中25例不合并SUI、35例合并SUI)的盆底结构,测量静息期、张力期的膀胱尿道后角(RVA)、尿道倾斜角(UI)、膀胱颈与耻骨联合的垂直距离(BN-S)及肛提肌裂孔面积(LHA)。计算尿道旋转角度(UR)、膀胱尿道后角变化[RVA(V-A)]、膀胱颈移动度(BND)。结果:POP合并SUI患者表现为张力期膀胱尿道后角、膀胱颈移动度增加。POP合并SUI患者的漏斗形尿道内口发生率较POP不合并SUI者高(P<0.05),漏斗形尿道内口发生率不伴随SUI的严重程度而增加。结论:POP基础上膀胱颈移动度、张力期膀胱尿道后角增加、漏斗形尿道内口的形成可能与POP合并SUI的发生有关。
