摘要
目的探讨红花对糖尿病大鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用及作用机制。方法建立糖尿病性心脏病大鼠模型,将大鼠分三组:对照组、糖尿病组和红花注射液组。测定各组大鼠血浆血糖和血脂,并采用HE染色、Masson染色法对动脉粥样硬化冠脉的病变进行形态学观察。结果与对照组相比,糖尿病组大鼠HDL明显降低,LDL、TG、TC则明显升高,而红花注射组能够逆转上述改变,并有明显的统计学意义(P<0.05);HE染色结果显示,糖尿病组大鼠冠状动脉管壁变厚、管腔变窄,而红花注射组冠状动脉管壁明显变薄;Masson染色结果显示,糖尿病模型组大鼠冠状动脉管壁有大量胶原纤维分布,而红花注射组大鼠的冠状动脉管壁胶原数量明显减少。结论红花注射液具有改善糖尿病大鼠冠状动脉粥样硬化的作用。
Objective To explore the effects of safflower injection on experimental coronary atherosclerosis in diabetic cardiopa -thy.Methods Diabetic heart disease rat models were eslablished and rats were divided into three groups :control group ,diabetic group and safflower injection group.in arder to blood glucose and blood lipid in plasma of rats in each group , and observe morphological le-sions of atherosclerotic coronary artery by HE staining Masson staining.Results Compared with the control group , LDL significantly decreased in diabetic group rats , and HDL, TG, TC increased significantly , while safflower injection group ould reverse these changes with statistical significance ( P 〈0.05);HE staining results showed, coronary vascular tube wall thicken , lumen changed narrow in diabetic group rats , and coronary vascular wall of safflower injection group was thinner;Masson staining results showed , the coronary vessel wall of diabetic rats in the model group has a large distribution of collagen fiber , and the safflower injection group significantly reduced the umount of collagen the on the tube wall.Conclusion Safflower injection can improve the coronary atherosclerosis in dia-betic rats.
