摘要
目的:探讨半枝莲多糖(SBPS)对Lewis 肺癌荷瘤鼠的抑瘤作用。方法建立Lewis 肺癌荷瘤鼠实验模型,随机的分为5组:分别为模型组(生理盐水)、环磷酰胺(CTX)组(30 mg· kg-1· d-1)、SBPS高剂量组(200 mg· kg-1· d-1)、中剂量组(100 mg· kg-1· d-1)和低剂量组(50 mg· kg-1· d-1)。测定抑瘤率、脾指数、胸腺指数、肺/体比。结果 SBPS 抑制Lewis肺癌荷瘤鼠肿瘤与模型组相比有显著差异( P <0.01)。100 mg· kg-1 SBPS对Lewis 肺癌荷瘤鼠肿瘤的抑制作用最好,抑瘤率为49.68%。 SBPS中剂量组和低剂量组可有效提高脾指数和胸腺指数、降低肺/体比。结论 SBPS对Lewis 肺癌荷瘤鼠具有明显的抑瘤作用。
Objective Establishing an experimental model of mice bearing Lewis Lung Cancer for probing into the anti -tumor effect of SBPS them.Methods We randomly divided hem into 5 groups:model group (normal saline), CTX group (30mg· kg-1 · d-1), SBPS high-dose group (200mg· kg-1· d-1), SBPS middle-dose group (100mg· kg-1· d-1)and SBPS low -dose group (50mg· kg-1· d-1),and determined the inhibitory rate, spleen index , thymus index, lung/body ratio.Results SBPS has an inhib-iting effect on the growth of tumor of mice bearing Lewis Lung Cancer , and significant difference compared to the model group ( P 〈0.01).100mg· kg-1 SBPS has the best inhibiting effect on tumor of mice withLewis Lung Cancer , with tumor inhibition rate 49.68%.SBPS medium-dose group and low -dose group can effectively improve the spleen index and thymus index and lung /body rati-o.Conclusion SPS has a certain anti -tumor effect on mice with Lewis Lung Cancer.
