高龄胰腺和壶腹周围癌患者28例外科治疗的临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 随着人均寿命延长,胰头、壶腹周围癌发病率逐年上升,75岁以上高龄患者逐渐增多.高龄患者的生理特点及较多内科并发症增加了手术风险和难度.浙江省肿瘤医院腹部肿瘤外科收治了28例胰头、壶腹周围癌的高龄患者,现报告如下.
