胰腺癌组织HSP90α、VEGF-C蛋白表达及其临床意义 被引量：4

摘要 胰腺癌恶性程度高、侵袭力强、进展快、预后极差.诊断后的中位生存期只有5～6个月,发病后5年生存率仅为5％ ～ 10％,死亡率在各肿瘤中位居第4位.目前手术是唯一根治的方法,但有机会接受手术治疗的患者不到30％,并且术后5年的存活率也低于20％.
