摘要
目的:观察郑氏推拿配合运动疗法对原发性骨质疏松症疗效影响。方法:选择60例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为2组(每组30例)。对照组采用口服钙片、阿法骨化醇软胶囊、中药薰药、骨质疏松治疗仪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加郑氏推拿、运动疗法。在入院时、出院时、出院后定期复查时记录CDTY(成都体育学院)评分及骨密度结果,并运用SPSS19.0系统分析。结果:2组CDTY评分及骨密度测定结果相比较,入院时P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,出院时观察组明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,且CDTY评分出院后复查发现观察组分值逐渐下降,而对照组第6月开始分值普遍高于30分,具有再次入院指征;观察组住院时间为(29.43±3.93)d,而对照组为(43.07±7.71)d,2组比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:常规治疗的基础上增加郑氏推拿、运动疗法,能较快改善症状、缩短疗程、提高患者生活质量,远期疗效明显,值得临床推广。
Objective:To observe the effects of taking Zheng’s manipulation combined with exercise therapy in treatment of primary osteoporosis.Methods:60 patients with primary osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups(30 patients in each group).The control group was treated with oral calcium,alfacalcidol soft capsules,herbal fumigation and osteoporosis therapeutic apparatus,while the observation group was treated with Zheng’s manipulation and exercise therapy based on the control group.The CDTY score and BMD results were recorded at admission,discharge and followed up regularly with the SPSS19.0 system.Results:The CDTY score and bone density has no significant difference compared with admission(P〉0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P〈0.05)at discharge.And the CDTY score reviewed after discharge were gradually decreased in the observation group.While the scores in the control group generally higher than 30 since the sixth month,with readmitted indications.The hospital stay in the observation group was(29.43 ± 3.93)days,while the control group was(43.07±7.71)days,which shows significant differences between two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Taking Zheng’s manipulation combined with exercise therapy based on general treatment is worthy of clinical promotion,for it can rapidly improve the symptoms,shorten the course of treatment,improve the patients’ quality of life and the long-term efficacy was obvious.
