温阳利水法在骨科老年患者围手术期的临床应用 被引量：1

摘要 温阳利水法是指运用具有温补阳气、渗湿利水作用的方药治疗阳气不足、水湿内停所致病症的治法,属于中医治疗八法里的＂温法＂和＂消法＂的范畴。通过温扶阳气,恢复阳气的激发、温煦和推动作用,促使机体气化功能恢复,水液输布代谢循其常道[1],痰饮湿邪得以排出。临床辨证论治中,常用于治疗阳虚水泛证、痰饮内停证等。骨科围手术期的老年患者,多伴有阳气不足,加之伤后气滞不通,三焦气机不畅,
