心房纤维化与心房颤动 被引量:4

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的持续性心律失常。房颤的发病机制复杂,目前认为是心房电重构、心房结构重构、自主神经系统改变、异常的钙离子电流相互协同的作用,心房重构是其中的中心环节。研究结果表明,房颤伴随着进行性的心房结构重构,而心房纤维化则是心房结构重构最显著特征。心房纤维化导致心房电传导及兴奋性异常,为房颤的发生与维持提供了重要的病理基础。但是,心房纤维化的确切机制尚未完全明确。现将这一问题进行阐述,为房颤的防治提供新的思路。
