摘要
本研究采用SSR分子标记方法,分析了36份制干辣椒品种资源间的遗传关系。从36对SSR标记中筛选出12对进行电泳分析,这12对引物扩增条带清晰且多态性丰富。分析结果表明:12对SSR引物共获得87条谱带,平均每对引物7.3条谱带,多态性位点58个,平均多态性比率66.67%;供试材料间的遗传相似系数介于0.2778~0.8056之间;遗传相似系数以0.76为阀值时,可将36个制干辣椒品种分为3大类群;进一步的群体结构分析表明3个类群间种质资源相互渗入情况非常明显,这可能是由于受到强烈的人工选择的影响。
The genetic diversity and the genetic relationship of 36 samples of dried-orientation pepper were analyzed by simple sequence repeats (SSR) marker. 12 SSR primers with high polymorphism and clear bands were screened from 36 primers. The results showed that 87 bands were generated by the selected 12 primers that produced 7.3 average bands per primer iswhich included 58 polymorphic bands accounting for 66.67%. The genetic similarity coefficient among the cultivars ranged from 0.277 8 to 0.805 6. The tested 36 samples were divided into 3 groups at the similarity coefficient of 0.76. Further, It was obvious that the introgression exists in three groups based on population structure analysis the reason might be affection by strongly artificial selection.
