摘要
目的通过高频彩超测量颈动脉的内中膜厚度,观察斑块的形态及其内部回声等,并分析与脑梗死之间的相关性。方法选取我院经头颅CT或MRI确诊为脑梗死95例患者,并随机选择健康体检组60例作为对照组,用高频彩超对颈动脉进行检查,观察颈动脉的内中膜厚度、斑块形态及其内部回声,管腔是否狭窄等,并测量管腔内血流速度等参数。结果脑梗死组较健康对照组内中膜明显增厚,并且斑块的形态及其回声均与健康对照组有统计学差异。结论颈动脉的内中膜厚度、斑块的形态及其回声均与脑梗死密切相关。
Objective The intima‐media thickness (IMT) of carotid ,the plaque morphology and echo were examined by color Doppler sonography ,the correlation between cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis were analyzed .Methods 95 patients with cerebral infarction with full clinical and imaging data were collected ,and the healthy people (60 cases) were chosen as control group .The IMT of carotid artery and the character of carotid artery atherosclerosis (the formation , echo ,luminal stenosis and blood flow velocity) were detected by color Doppler sonography .Statistical analysis was con‐ducted .Results The IMT in cerebral infarction group was thicker than in that in the control group ,the difference was statistical significant .There were statistical significant of the plaque morphology and echo between the patients and healthy people .Conclusion Both the thicken of carotid artery’s IM T and the formation of plaques in atherosclerosis are closely re‐lated with the occurrence of cerebral infarction .
