摘要
目的对低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描在肋骨骨折检查中的应用进行分析。方法对40例肋骨骨折患者行常规剂量(a组/机器设定345mA)及三组低剂量(b、c、d组/150mA、50mA、30mA)的薄层CT扫描,比较四组数据的图像质量、诊断能力及患者接受辐射剂量。结果图像质量较好以上的a组100%(40/40)、b组97.5%(39/40)、c组92.5%(37/40)、d组87.5%(35/40)。a组诊断肋骨骨折231处、可疑骨折6处;b组诊断肋骨骨折227处、可疑4处;c组诊断肋骨骨折225处、可疑骨折5处;d组诊断肋骨骨折229处、可疑骨折6处。四组数据平均CTDI分别为(14.52±0.18)mGy、(7.23±0.05)mGy、(2.52±0.23)mGy、(1.34±0.06)mGy,平均DLP分别为(639.64±10.63)mGy、(316.55±0.61)mGy、(100.37±4.01)mGy、(59.23±2.35)mGy。结论低剂量多层螺旋CT扫描技术能够明显减低患者辐射剂量,且图像质量基本满足临床诊断需要。
Objective To explore and analyse the clinical application of low doses of MSCT scanning in rib fracture . Methods 40 patients with rib fractures were performed examinations including routine dose (group A machine setting 345 mA) and low dose(group B ,C ,D /150 mA ,50 mA ,30 mA) thin layer CT scan .Then ,the quality of images ,diagnostic ability of the two methods and the dose of radiation were compared .Results 100% (40/40) of the image is good image in group A ,group B is 97 .5% (39/40) ,group C is 92 .5% (37/40) ,group D is 87 .5% (35/40) .231 rib fractures and 6 sus‐pected fractures are diagnosed in group A ,group B has 227 rib fractures and 4 suspected fractures ,group C has 225 rib fractures and 5 suspected fractures ,and group D has 229 rib fractures and 6 suspected fractures .The average CT Dose In‐dex of four group(A ,B ,C ,D) are (14 .52 ± 0 .18) mGy ,(7 .23 ± 0 .05) mGy ,(2 .52 ± 0 .23) mGy and (1 .34 ± 0 .06) mGy .The average Dose Length Products are (639 .64 ± 10 .63) mGy ,(316 .55 ± 0 .61) mGy ,(100 .37 ± 4 .01) mGy and (59 .23 ± 2 .35) mGy .Conclusion Low doses of multi‐slice spiral CT scan can obviously reduce the patient radiation dose , and provide satisfactory inages for the clinical diagnosis .
