采收期对鲜食糯玉米产量和品质的影响 被引量:7

Influence of harvesting time on quality and yield of table waxy corn

摘要 研究了不同采收期对糯玉米杂交种‘申科糯1号'产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在7个不同的采收期下,糯玉米杂交种‘申科糯1号'产量和品质表现差异显著。随着采收期的推迟,产量逐渐增加,而品质呈现先增加后降低的趋势。当采收期为24 d,有效积温达到367.85℃时,产量和品质之间达到最佳平衡点,折合产量为9 238 kg/hm^2,品质综合评分为87.4分。该结果将有助于生产者在上海地区确定糯玉米的最佳采收期。 The field experiment of waxy corn hybrid ‘Shenkenuo 1’was carried out to research the effects of harvesting time on the hybrid’s grain yield and table quality in the ecological conditions of Shanghai.The re-sults showed that the yields and table qualities were significantly different at 7 various harvesting times.With the postponement of harvesting time,the yield gradually increased while the table quality initially improved and then decreased.The harvesting time of 24 days and effective accumulated temperature of 367.85 ℃ were a good bal-ance point between the yield and table quality,at which the yield was 9 238 kg-hm2 and the integrated score of table quality was 87.4.The above results were to be helpful for producers to determine the optimum harvesting time of table waxy corn in Shanghai area.
