摘要
采用光学显微镜和透射电镜,研究高强度汽车用TRIP钢在不同热处理条件下的组织变化,同时结合XRD衍射峰和碳平衡关系对其组织中各相的体积分数和碳含量进行了计算。结果表明,在热处理过程中,TRIP钢组织内奥氏体含量逐渐减少,碳含量增多,部分不太稳定的残余奥氏体转变为马氏体。
Using optical microscopy and TEM, the influence of heat treatment process on the microstructures of TRIP steel was investigated, and the volume fraction of different phases and carbon content were also calculated from XRD and carbon balance relationship. The results show that, during heat treatment, the amount of anstenite in the test steel reduces but the carbon contents increase. Some unstable austenite transfers to martensite.
