摘要
通过向熔体中直接添加Al-5.1Ti-0.29C细化剂,研究了不同含量和不同加入温度对AZ91合金晶粒细化效果、机理及力学性能的影响。结果表明,Al-5.1Ti-0.29C细化剂对AZ91D合金有明显的细化作用,加入温度对组织和性能也有一定影响,其中710℃时加入2.5%的细化剂效果最佳,合金的力学性能最好。Al-5.1Ti-0.29C细化剂中Al4C3的细化作用是碳质孕育作用,Ti C的作用机制是在熔体中形成异质形核核心。
The effects of different content of Al-5.1Ti-0.29C(wt.%) and different adding temperatures on grain size, refining mechanism and mechanical properties of AZ91 alloy were investigated. The results Show that the Al-5.1Ti-0.29C has a very significant refining role for AZglD alloy, and the adding temperature has also an impact on the microstructure and mechanical properties. The grain size is more refinement when added 2.5% Al-5.1Ti-0.29C, and the mechanical properties of the alloy is also best. The mechanism of grain refinement by Al4C3 in Al-5.1Ti-0.29C is attributed to carbon inoculation, and the mechanism is the formation of TiC heterogeneous nucleation in the melt.
