摘要 向离心复合铸造镍铬钼铸铁轧辊材料添加复合变质剂RE-Al进行变质处理,研究其对镍铬钼铸铁材料组织与性能的影响。结果表明:RE-Al变质处理,能使铁液得到净化并强化晶界,改善共晶碳化物的形貌与分布,使碳化物由网状破碎为块条状且分布均匀,细化奥氏体晶粒组织。在添加变质剂RE为0.3%、Al为0.3%时,其变质处理后的综合性能最好。 The modification treatment of centrifugal casting Ni-Cr-Mo cast iron roll was conducted through adding RE- -Al compound modifier. Its effects on microstructure and properties of Cr-Ni-Mo cast iron were studied. The results show that the modification of RE-Al can purify the molten iron, strengthen the grain boundary, improve the morphology and distribution of eutectic carbides, make the net carbides become strip carbides with the uniform distribution, and refine the austenite grain. When the modifier addition content of RE reach 0.3% and Al reach 0.3%, its comprehensive properties get the best after the modification.
