摘要
铸模是轮毂挤压铸造的前提,其质量、多样性、开发周期对轮毂与市场竞争力有直接的影响。为实现轮毂铸模的先进制造,给出了一种模具CAD/CAM方案。并以UG NX模具设计为例,利用Progressive Die Wizard零件库和NC代码生成,快速开发与制造轮毂铸模。结果表明:该方案能实现铸模的快速开发与制造。
In order to achieve the advanced manufacturing of hub die, a program was gavin by CAD/CAM. And taking UG NX die design as an example, using Progressive Die Wizard library and NC code generation, the development and manufacturing of hub die was achieved in short cycle. The result show that the program can achieve the rapid development and manufacturing of hub die.
