摘要
针对小批量熔模铸造存在制作压型周期长、成本高的问题,利用FDM技术打印ABS模样,粘接蜡模浇注系统组成模组,涂挂涂料、高压釜脱ABS和焙烧两个过程,获得完整的型壳,实现了FDM技术和熔模铸造结合生产铸钢件,改善小批量熔模铸造产品成本高的问题。
To avoid small batch investment casting moldings from long cycle and high cost, the experiments of combining the FDM and investment casting to produce steel castings were carried out. First, the ABS models made by FDM and the normal wax mould gating system were cohered to compose modules, and the modules were coated with new type coating, then the autoclave dewaxing and baking furnace of ABS was carded on, finally, the complete shell was obtained. The steel castings were successfully produced with FDM and nvestment casting technology, the high cost problem in the small batches of products was improved.
