摘要
介绍了Image Tool软件的使用方法,并对Mg-6Al合金晶粒大小进行测量,分析了冷却速度对合金晶粒度的影响。结果表明,结合Hall-Petch公式可计算出,合金在冷速为1、2、3、4和5℃/min时,屈服强度分别为75.4、76.1、76.6、77.2和77.8 MPa。
The application of Image Tool software in analysis of microstructure and mechanical properties of materials were introduced. And the effect of cooling rate on grain size of Mg-6A1 alloy was analyzed. The results show that the yield strength of the Mg-6A1 alloy can be calculated according to the Hall-Petch equation, and the values of yield strength are 75.4, 76.1, 76.6, 77.2 and 77.8 MPa when the cooling rates are 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 ℃/rain, respectively.
