摘要
成舍我一生致力于兴报办学,他建立了中国报业史上最早的民营报业集团,还投身教育事业,培养新闻人才。在当前残酷的媒体竞争和严峻的就业形势下,新闻专业实践教学的问题日益凸显。成舍我的新闻人才培养经验对当今的新闻实践教学具有较强的借鉴意义。
Cheng Shewo was dedicated to journalism,doing phenomenally well in both setting up newspapers and running schools.Not only founded the earliest private newspaper groups,he also devoted himself to education and training talents on the news.Facing the harsh media competition and the severe employment situation,problems of practical journalism teaching are growing.Cheng Shewo＇s news talent training experience has important reference significance upon current practice teaching of journalism.
