摘要 随着社会的发展,科学技术的进步,国家越来越关注农村中小学教师教育以及专业发展的问题,所以农村中小学教师的培训已经成为教师队伍建设的重要内容。文章主要探讨网络时代,中小学英语教师培训模式的现状,并提出一些完善的措施,希望对中小学英语教师的培训提供一定的参考。 with the development of society,the progress of science and technology,more and more concerned about the problem of teacher education and professional development in rural primary and secondary schools,so the rural primary and secondary school teacher training has become an important content of the construction of teacher team.This paper mainly discusses the network era,the current situation of English teachers' training mode of primary and secondary school,and put forward some perfect measures,hoping to provide some reference for the middle school English teachers training.
