with the development of society,the progress of science and technology,more and more concerned about the problem of teacher education and professional development in rural primary and secondary schools,so the rural primary and secondary school teacher training has become an important content of the construction of teacher team.This paper mainly discusses the network era,the current situation of English teachers＇ training mode of primary and secondary school,and put forward some perfect measures,hoping to provide some reference for the middle school English teachers training.
