体育教育专业特色方向的应用型人才培养

The Applied Talent Cultivation of Specialty Orientation in Physical Education

目前体育专业人才培养面临着诸多挑战,社会体育与学校体育发展出现交叉和融合的现状为体育专业的发展提供了机遇。为此,笔者提出体育教育专业特色方向应用型人才培养的基本思路,最终培养什么样的人取决于办学单位的定位,及所对应的用人单位的需要等因素。

The challenges faced by professional talent cultivation include：the need to change training objectives;the increase of training difficulty;the insufficiency of learning enthusiasm and interest among some students for specialty study and so on..The overlapping and fusion of social sports and school sports has provided opportunities for professional development of Physical Education.Therefore,the author in this thesis puts forward the basic ideas of applied talents cultivation for specialty oriented Physical Education.The paper also holds that the type of talent cultivation depends on the orientation of the school,the demand of the employing unit and other relevant factors.
