摘要
对某石英脉型金矿矿石进行了浮选、摇床重选—浮选、尼尔森重选—浮选三种工艺对比试验,结果表明都能较好地回收原矿中的金。但属尼尔森—浮选工艺最适合该矿的性质,尼尔森重选可回收粗颗粒金,尼尔森重选精矿产率为1.19%,品位为64.03 g/t,回收率为86.58%,经摇床精选获得精矿品位为480.60 g/t、回收率为83.34%,尼尔森尾矿浮选金精矿品位为11.20 g/t,回收率为10.97%,该工艺总回收率为94.31%。
The flotation, shaking table separation combined with flotation and Nelson gravity separation combined with flotation processes were compared to the quartz-vein type gold ore , the results are all good. But Nelson gravity separation combined with flotation is most suitable for the nature of the ore, the Nelson gravity separation recycled the coarse particle gold, the rate of the concentrate was 1.19%, the grade was 64. 03 g/t, the recovery was 86. 58%, by shaking table separation, it could obtain the concentrate grade with 480. 60 g/t, and recovery of 83.34%. Its tailing was floated to obtain the gold concentrate grade with 11.20 g/t, and recovery of 10. 97%, the total recovery of this process was 94. 31%.
