摘要
安徽某高硫金矿中银金矿与黄铁矿密切共生,被硫化物所包裹的金占64.51%。针对该矿石的特点,试验分别进行了抑硫选金再选硫及金硫混合浮选—浮选精矿氰化提金试验研究,研究结果表明,金硫混合浮选—浮选精矿氰化提金并回收硫的工艺为最佳方案,获得金总回收率84.90%、银总回收率36.29%、硫总回收率97.26%的金(银)精矿和硫精矿。
The studied gold ore belongs to high rate of sulfur, Ag-Au ore is close relation with pyrite, gold parceled by sulfide accounted for 64. 51%. According to the characteristics of the ore, the sulfur suppression to and sulfur and sulfur mixed flotation concentrate cyaniding gold sulfur two solutions is experimented. By the system, detailed experiments, we get the suitable molding design-throw away tailings after a step of the rough grinding and roughing , two-step of scavenging and one-step of concentrate cleaning, recovery of sulfur after leaching of gold and silver in flotation concentrate. The results show the total recovery rate of products, with the 84. 90% of gold recovery,36. 29% of silver recovery and 97.26% of sulfur recovery.
