Philanthropy:Its Characteristics and Patterns

摘要 "志愿性"和"公益性"是慈善的两大性质。由于不同的慈善行为在表达捐赠人的价值追求和实现社会的公益影响方面存在差异,可以将慈善划分为四种模式:同情慈善、公共慈善、个性慈善和战略慈善。现代慈善事业的发展是多元慈善模式的共同发展,它追求个人价值与公益影响的有机统一。＂Voluntariness＂ and ＂commonwealth＂ are the two characteristics Since various philanthropic actions differ both in donators＇ value orientation and of philanthropy. social common- wealth influence, the patterns of philanthropy can be divided into four： sympathetic philanthropy, public philanthropy, personal philanthropy and strategic philanthropy. The progress of modern philanthropy is a joint development of multiple philanthropic patterns, and it seeks an organic unity of personal value and social influence.
