摘要
分析了轴承套圈专用车床配置自动送料装置的设计要求和结构特点,利用ANSYS建立了钢管-夹具-刀具系统的有限元模型,进行动态特性分析,为避免共振提供了参考依据。详细介绍了送料装置中抑振装置和夹紧送料装置的设计结构,新研制的高效自动送料装置有效降低了钢管切削过程的机械振动,提高了送料精度,配备改进后送料装置的轴承套圈专用车床投产使用后各项性能良好。
The design requirements and structure characteristics of automatic feeding device of lathe for bearing ring are analyzed,and the finite element model for steel tube -fixture -cutting tool system is established by using ANSYS.The dynamic characteristic is analyzed to provide a reference for avoiding resonance.The structural design of vibration sup-pression device and clamping feeding device is introduced in detail.The newly developed efficient &automatic feeding device effectively reduces mechanical vibration during cutting process for steel tube and improves feeding precision.All performances of lathe with improved feeding device are good after putting into production.
