摘要
从提供密封轴承抗溅性能试验条件出发,利用现代测控技术,借鉴相关领域的成熟经验,规避常见的结构性和工艺性缺陷,设计出适用于密封深沟球轴承抗溅性能试验机。全面介绍该试验机所具有的技术特征:两端悬伸式接杆型组合试验轴系,同步带传动、变频调速;直喷和斜喷交替;砝码加载,温度和振动实时监控;换型调整方便,可视性和密封性好;试验数据自动采集、显示和保存;试验模式可人为屏幕设定,自动循环,安全联锁,无人值守。
Based on test condition for splash resistant performance of sealed bearings,a tester is designed by using modern measure and control technology and learning from mature experience of related fields,and the common structur-al and process deficiencies are avoided.The technical features of tester are comprehensively introduced,such as combi-nation of overhanging and connective rod type test shafting on both ends,synchronous belt drive and frequency control;alternation of direct injection and oblique injection;weight loading,real time monitoring of temperature and vibration;convenient remodeling and adjustment,excellent visuality and sealability;collect,display and save test data automati-cally;test mode being set by manual through screen,automatic cycle,safety interlocking,unattended operation.
