摘要
目的探讨巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)在乳腺癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况。方法运用实时荧光定量PCR及蛋白质印迹分析(Western Blot)方法检测85例乳腺癌组织和相应的癌旁组织中MIF的表达情况。结果乳腺癌组织中MIF mRNA表达量为(3.18±1.19)×10-2,高于癌旁组织的(1.38±0.05)×10-2(P<0.05);Western Blot结果显示乳腺癌组织中MIF蛋白表达水平为(0.879±0.232),高于癌旁组织的(0.325±0.178)(P<0.05)。结论 MIF在乳腺癌组织中表达高于癌旁组织,其可能在乳腺癌发生发展过程中起重要作用。
Objective To explore the expression of macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF) in breast carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissues. Methods The MIF expression was detected in 85 cases of breast carcinoma tissues and corresponding para-carcinoma tissues by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR) and Western Blot. Results The expression of MIF mRNA in breast carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues ( (3.18 ± 1.19) × 10^-2 vs. ( 1.38 ±0.05) × 10^-2, P 〈 0. 05). The result of Western Blot showed the expression level of MIF protein in breast carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues (0. 879 ±0. 232 vs. 0. 325 ± 0. 178,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The MIF expression in breast carcinoma tissues is higher than that in para-careinoma tissues,which indicates that it may play an important role in the process of breast carcinoma development.
