AUF1对基因表达调控作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在转录过程中,信使RNA(mRNA)降解过程受到特定的因子调节。本文主要阐述AU碱基富集区RNA结合因子1(AUF1)的结构与各个亚型的相关特点及其调节mRNA降解途径和分子机制,并探讨AUF1在炎症、肿瘤及心血管疾病的病理生理过程中所发挥的作用。
