盐酸吉西他滨对卵巢癌skov3、ho8910细胞抑制作用昼夜节律性的研究
摘要
目的探讨盐酸吉西他滨对卵巢癌skov3、ho8910细胞抑制作用昼夜节律性。方法观察不同浓度盐酸吉西他滨对昼夜卵巢癌skov3、ho8910细胞抑制率并确定其中效浓度。结果盐酸吉西他滨对skov3、ho8910细胞抑制增殖作用的中效浓度分别为2 000~3 000μg/ml及100μg/ml。中效浓度的盐酸吉西他滨对skov3、ho8910细胞抑制率谷值均明显低于峰值(P均〈0.05)。结论盐酸吉西他滨对skov3、ho8910细胞抑制作用有昼夜节律性。
