摘要
通过对我国生土窑洞建筑防火、节能、采光、通风、防水、场地、病害与防治等多方面进行现场调查,分析生土窑洞设计、建造、使用与维护等多方面的经验与问题。生土窑洞的建筑防火和节能性能良好,采光和通风需改进,现有的防水措施比较有效,而建筑病害较多。生土窑洞是一种值得进一步发展的建筑形式,然而也存在较多问题需要解决。
Through the field investigation of fire prevention, energy conservation, lighting, ventilation, waterproof, siting, defects and prevention of raw-soil cave houses in China, the experience and problems of design, construction, use and maintenance are analyzed. The investigations show that the raw-soil cave houses have a good performance in fire protection and energy conservation; the existing waterproof measure is effective; lighting and ventilation need improving; there are many kinds of defects need to prevent and maintain. Raw-soil cave house deserve further research and development but there are too much problems must be solved as soon as possible.
