我国文化产业发展的总体状况和主要特征

The General Situation and the Main Features of the Development of Cultural Industry in China

运用政治经济学,探索文化和经济相融合的内在规律,提出一种文化产业分析框架,并根据三次全国经济普查数据,对2004—2013年我国文化产业十年发展状况进行分析。结果显示:经过十年发展,文化产业作为一个新兴产业,已经形成了门类齐全的体系;文化生产及再生产在文化产业中始终处于主体地位;文化产业区域发展呈现东部领先、中部追赶、西部快跑的梯度发展态势。促进文化产业健康快速发展应打通文化产业和文化事业之间的通道,把推动文化产业发展与弘扬中华优秀传统文化、建设社会主义核心价值体系融为一体,加快推动文化产业转型升级,大力培育骨干文化企业,充分发挥文化装备制造业的支撑作用,高度重视生产性文化服务业发展。

Using the political economics, exploring the inherent law of the integration of culture and economy, the author puts forward a kind of cultural industry analysis framework, and according to the three national economic census data from 2004 to 2013, China＇s cultural industry development status were analyzed in ten years. The result shows that the cultural industry as an emerging industry, has formed a complete system through ten years of development; Cultural production and reproduction is always in the dominant position in the cultural industry; The regional culture industry development shows the gradient development trend of East leading, center catching up and west running. To promote the healthy and rapid development of cultural industries should open up the channel between the culture industry and the cultural cause, the author promotes and carries forward the fine traditional Chinese culture, the cultural industry development in the construction of socialist core value system, accelerates the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry, fosters leading cultural enterprises, gives full play to the supporting role of the equipment manufacturing industry and attaches great importance to the production of cultural development of service industry.
