摘要
钛合金是制造核反应堆壳体的理想材料,俄罗斯对壳体用钛合金进行了大量的系统研究并已成功实现应用,为此,对俄罗斯核反应堆壳体用钛合金的研究进展进行了简要介绍。俄罗斯研究人员根据核反应堆壳体的服役条件,确定了核反应堆壳体对钛合金的性能要求,并采用优选法和因素分析法对合金成分进行设计,系统研究了合金元素对抗辐射性和热稳定性的影响,确定了壳体用钛合金的最佳成分为Ti-Al-V-Zr系合金。此外,采用高纯海绵钛经过熔炼、锻造、轧制成功生产出了组织及性能均满足反应堆壳体使用要求的钛合金环材产品。
Titanium alloy is an ideal material for nuclear reactor shell, and a large number of system research on titanium shell in Russia has been done, so the development of titanium alloy for nuclear reactor shell in Russia is introduced in this paper. Russian researchers defined the performance requirements of the titanium alloy for shell according to the working conditions of the reactor shell, then designed the composition of the alloy, and the effect of alloying elements on the radiotolerance and the thermal stability were also studied. The preferred alloy composition Ti-Al-V-Zr was determined by the best method. Besides, the titanium alloy ring was successfully produced by using high-purity titanium sponge through melting, forging, rolling technology, and its structure and performance could both meet the requirements of reactor shell.
