摘要
为了缩短杏鲍菇的制种和生产周期,提高其产量和质量,对杏鲍菇液体菌种摇瓶培养基和培养条件进行了筛选和优化研究。试验表明,适宜的培养基配方为:黄豆饼粉60 g/L、葡萄糖20 g/L、磷酸二氢钾0.5 g/L、硫酸镁0.5 g/L、VB10.01 g/L、蛋白胨3 g/L;适宜的培养条件是:接种量为12%、接种龄为培养4 d的菌种、装液量为100 m L/250 m L、摇瓶转速为150 r/min、p H为6.0。
The screening and optimizing of medium and culture condition in shake flask of Pleurotus eryngii liquid spawn were studied. The purpose was to shorten the breeding and production period and to improve the yield and quality. The experiment indicated that the suitable medium formulas were soybean bread flour 60 g/L , glucose 20 g/L,KH2PO4 0.5 g/L,MgSO40.5 g/L,VB1 0.01g/L,peptone 3 g/L. The suitable culture conditions were inoculum quantity 12%,cell age 4 days,liquid quantity 100 mL/250 mL,rotate speed 150 r/min,pH 6.0.
