摘要
综述了近年来国内外对紫苏的功效和资源开发利用情况,介绍了紫苏叶和紫苏籽主要活性成分及应用进展,探讨紫苏未来的研究方向和发展前景。本文旨在为紫苏资源的开发提供参考。
In recent years were reviewed. The effect of Perilla frutescens and utilization of resources , the main active component and application progress of perilla leaf perilla seed is introduced and discussion of perilla , future research direction and development prospect. This paper aims to provide reference for the development of purple perilla.
