摘要
乳铁蛋白具有多种生物学功能,其中,免疫调节作用是其重要的功能之一。本文从细胞免疫和肠道免疫方面综述了乳铁蛋白的免疫调节作用及其在乳制品中的应用。
Lactoferrin (LF) have various biological functions, and immunomodulatory effect is one of its important functions. The objective of this research was to introduce immunomodulatory effect of lactoferrin about cellular immunity and gut immunity, and its application in dairy products.
