摘要
针对电石法PVC生产中的涉汞问题,结合对触媒的日常管理、生产使用、污染防治以及废水治理情况进行了总结。分别通过使用低汞触媒、采用盐酸深度解吸技术、含汞废水处理技术等措施,达到降低汞消耗同时有效处理涉汞工艺的产品,使最终收集的含汞废水经处理后达到排放标准。
Aiming at the existing problems related to the mercury in PVC production by calcium carbide process,combined with daily management, to the catalyst in production use, pollution control and waste water treatment according to the actual situation is summarized.Through the use of low mercury catalyst , using hydrochloric acid desorption technology depth , mercury containing waste water treatment technology and other measures, to reduce mercury consumption and effective processing technology products related to mercury, the mercury containing waste water collected after treatment can meet the discharge standard.
