摘要
为了探讨系统变工况运行与优化匹配对地源热泵系统性能及运行效益的影响,对苏中地区某办公建筑进行了相关测试.结果显示:地埋管变流量运行后系统节省运行功耗20kW,节能率为5.71%,表明变流量运行可降低系统的输送成本,提高系统运行效率;在间歇运行时间比为4∶1的条件下,深度为35m和55m处土壤最大温度恢复率为44.4%,且系统比连续运行时可节省电力消耗50kW,节能率为15.87%;间歇运行期间,土壤最大恢复温度为1.8℃,表明间歇运行有利于改善土壤的散热条件,降低土壤温度的增加幅度.此外,通过系统优化匹配运行,有利于机组选择适宜地埋管分区和节省实际运行费用.
To explore the impact of variable operating conditions and system optimization matching on the operation performance of ground source heat pump system, an experimental test is carried out for an office building in the middle region of Jiangsu. The results indicate that the transportation costs of the system can be reduced and 20 kW of the operating power be saved under the variable ground flow rate operation mode, the energy saving rate is 5.71%. Under the intermittent run- ning time ratio of 4 : 1, the maximum soil temperature recovery rate is 44.4% at the depth of 35 m and 55 m and compared to the continuous operation mode 50 kW electricity consumption is reduced, the energy saving rate is 15.87%. During intermittent operation mode, the maximum recovery soil temperature is 1.8 ℃. It shows that the soil thermal conditions can be improved and the increasing rate of the soil temperature can be reduced under this mode. Furthermore, it is conducive for the unit to select the appropriate pipe partition and save the actual operation costs by the system optimization.
