New Normal in China and Smart City Building–Review of the Spring Forum of Urban Science and the Forum of Arts Innovation 2015,Shanghai Jiaotong University

由上海交通大学、光明日报社编辑部、新华社《瞭望东方周刊》主办的"2015上海交通大学城市科学春季论坛"于2015年4月11日在上海举行。论坛以"中国新常态与智慧城市建设"为主题,围绕"中国新常态与智慧城市战略研究"、"新型城镇化与智慧城市规划建设转型"、"智慧社区与智慧村镇建设"进行深入研讨交流,并以新常态背景下的智慧城市建设为载体,探讨了文理学科交叉的创新模式问题。

Editor＇s note： OThe Spmlg Forum of Urban Science and the Forum of Arts Innovation 2015, Shanghai Jiaotong Uifiversity, co- hosted by Shanghai Jiaotong University, the Editorial Department of Guangming Daily and the Oriental Oudook subordinate to Xinhua News Agency was held on April 11,2015 in Shanghai. With the ＂new nomlal in China and smart city building＂ as the theme, the Forum d/scxtssed ＂strategy of new normal in China and smart city＂ , ＂new tubanization and smart city planning, construction and tramformation＂ , ＂smart community, villages and towrts construction＂ ; besides, arts and sdences＇ interdisciplinary models of innovation are discmsed from the perspective of smart city cortsmmtion under the new normal.
