流动农民工随迁子女义务教育现状及应对策略研究

On the Status Quo of Compulsory Education of Migrant Workers' Children and the Countermeasures

近年来,流动农民工随迁子女义务教育问题成为全社会关注的热点和难点。由于我国长期存在的城乡二元户籍制度和义务教育资源配给制度的局限性,以及区域经济发展不平衡,流动农民工随迁子女义务教育存在很多问题。党的十八大提出积极推进新型城镇化战略,新型城镇化的本质是以人为本,这就需要高度关注流动农民工随迁子女义务教育问题,这对于推动教育公平,促进社会和谐稳定,具有积极的现实意义。

In recent years, compulsory education of migrant workers＇ children has become a hot and difficult issue ofpubhc concem. Because of the limitation of urban and rural household registration system and the compulsory education resources rationing system, plus regional economic development imbalances, compulsory education of migrant workers＇ children is ricing many problems. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） had proposed the new urbanization strategy, with focusing on people as the root. Therefore, the compulsory education of migrant workers＇ children requires a high level of attention, which is of great significance for promoting educational equity and enhancing social harmony and stability.
