摘要
分析了影响现行集热罩集热效果的原因,提出了新型集热罩的设计思路,并设计了多种型式的集热罩。在此基础上针对集热罩在实际工程中的应用情况,设计了18种试验场景,探讨了新型集热罩的集热效果,并研究了不同孔径、不同孔数、不同布局和火源位置对新型集热罩集热效果的影响规律,提出了新型集热罩的优化设计方案,该研究成果对提高集热罩的应用效果具有一定的指导意义。
In this paper, the reasons of influencing current heat - collecting effect of heat - collecting cove were ana- lyzed, then the design ideas of the new heat - collecting cover was put forward, and various forms of collectors were designed. On this basis, aiming at the application of collectors in practical engineering, 18 kinds of experimental scenarios were designed, and its application result was studied. At the same time, the laws that the size of diversion holes, the number of diversion holes, and the layout of the diversion holes and the location of the fire source affected the heat collecting effect were researched. According to these result, the optimized design plan of the new heat - collecting cover were acquired. These research results have certain guiding significance for improving the cover' s application effect.
