建筑外墙保温消防安全工作探析

An Analysis of Fire Safety Work with Building Exterior Wall Thermal Insulation

近年来,因建筑外墙保温材料引发的火灾频发,加强建筑外墙保温消防安全工作迫在眉睫。对建筑外墙保温材料现状进行分析,从建筑外墙保温消防设计及施工技术标准欠缺、监督管理法律法规依据较少、标准不统一等方面,指出了建筑外墙保温消防安全工作中存在的主要问题,结合实际提出了加强建筑外墙保温消防监督管理的对策。

In recent years, the building exterior wall thermal insulation material fires are prone to occur. It is urgent to strengthen external wall insulation fire safety work. This paper analyzes the current situation of building exterior wall thermal insulation materials, putting forward some measures to deal with some of the improper technology standards for design of building external wall thermal insulation and the construction of fire supervision management, the lack of legal basis, and pointing out the main problems with fire supervision work of building exterior wall insulation.
