随着我国经济体制改革的进一步深化,个体私营经济不断发展,各种各样的"三合一"建筑现象日益严重,其在带动社会经济发展的同时,由于"三合一"场所管理不规范、火灾荷载大、人员密集,消防安全问题严峻,易引发恶性火灾事故。针对这种情况,有效的治理措施就是改善其安全条件、加强消防安全管理,最迫切的要求是对"三合一"场所进行功能分区、设置必要的灭火设施及解决人员安全疏散问题,以降低火灾风险,最大程度地减少人员伤亡。

There are more and more ＂three -in -one＂ buildings with the Chinese social economical development and with the booming of private enterprises. Fires occur easily at three - in - one buildings due to the poor fire safety management, heavy fire load and density of the population. The effective measures to prevent fires are to improve fire safety management, compartments according to the functions of different areas and the installation of fire equipment and the handle of human evacuation to reduce fire risks and the losses of lives.
