规范基层消防部队集中采购工作的思考

The Regulation on the Centralized Procurement at the Grass- root Fire Units

随着公安消防工作和部队建设不断发展,集中采购已成为基层消防部队采购工作的主要形式,但实践中也出现了一些亟待解决的问题。针对存在的问题,深入分析了产生问题的根源,并结合工作实际,从强化对集中采购重要性的认识、增强集中采购预算的前瞻性、规范落实集中采购程序、完善集中采购监督机制等方面探索了加强基层消防部队集中采购规范管理的方法,以便提高资金使用效能,提升基层消防部队战勤保障能力。

With the development of fire prevention work and armed forces, centralized procurement has become the main form of procurement at the grass - root fire units. But, some urgent problems remain to be solved in practice. In view of these questions, this paper made a tentative research on the method of relative management standardization concerns practical works, in order to study and communicate with everyone.
