胃血止糊剂治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡肝胃郁热型30例疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Gastric Blood Check Paste on the Treatment of 30 HP-positive Peptic Ulcer Patients with Hepatogastric Swelter Symptom

目的观察院内自制胃血止糊剂加常规西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡(肝胃郁热型)患者的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,服用胃血止糊剂及常规西药,对照组30例,服用常规西药。2组患者总的疗程均为2周。疗程结束后对治疗前后的临床症状、Hp清除率和根除率、胃镜疗效等进行比较分析。结果 (1)治疗组对临床症状的改善和积分的下降程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)胃镜检查总有效率比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。(3)中医证候疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组在改善患者中医证候方面优于对照组。(4)Hp清除率治疗组与对照组无明显差异(P>0.05),在Hp根除率方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。(5)治疗组不良反应发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胃血止糊剂联合常规西药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡(肝胃郁热型)患者能明显改善患者的临床症状、提高Hp根除率,减少药物不良反应的产生,可以作为临床用药选择。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of self- made Gastric Blood Check Paste plus routine western medicine on the treatment of HP positive peptic ulcer patients with hepatogastric swelter symptom. Methods ：60 patients were randomly divided into a treat- ment group and a control group, 30 cases per group. The treatment group was given Gastric Blood Check Paste plus routine western medicine while the control group was simply given routine western medicine. Two weeks was a course of treatment. The clinical symptoms, HP clear- ance and eradication rates and endoscopy curative effect of the patients before and after the treatment were compared and analyzed. Re- suits ：The clinical symptom improvement and integral decrease of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） The comparison of the total effective rate of endoscopy was statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The comparison of the TCM syn- dromes showed statistically significant difference（P 〈 0. 05）. The symptom improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. The HP clearance rate of the two groups was no significant differences （ P 〉 0. 05 ）, but the HP eradication rate of the treat- ment group was better than that of the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）. The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group was significantly less than that of the control group（P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion：Gastr/c Blood Check Paste plus routine western medicine has a better effect on the treat- ment of HP positive peptic ulcer patients with hepatogastric swelter symptom and can be used as clinical drug selection.
