摘要
针对我国煤炭产业长期以来存在的产业结构不合理、供求失衡、无序竞争等症疾,本文运用产业组织理论和可持续发展的基本原理,提出煤炭产业可持续的有效竞争观点,并围绕该观点对煤炭产业市场结构选择、市场效果、组织机制、大型煤炭企业培育和煤炭企业间协同等方面进行了较深入的分析,为煤炭产业组织结构的调整和完善提供了一些建设性的理论依据。
In view of the irrational industrial structure,lack of equilibrium between supply and need of coal,inordinate competition in China’s coal industry ,a viewpoint of sustainable and workable competition was put foward by applying the industrial organization theory and basic rules of the sustainable development. On the basis of the viewpoint, selecting market structure, market effect, organizational mechanism,establishing coal enterprise group and coordination among coal enterprises were analyzed to adjust and to complete coal industrial organization.
