护理干预对体外膜肺氧合治疗心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者的影响

目的：观察和分析护理干预对体外膜肺氧合治疗心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者的影响。方法：选择我院2010年12月~2013年12月收治的78例心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者作为本次研究对象,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用体外膜肺氧合治疗,同时实施常规护理;观察组在对照组治疗和常规护理基础上实施针对性护理干预。观察两组患者存活率和并发症发生率以及治疗后各项指标变化情况。结果：治疗后观察组患者平均动脉压、中心静脉压、心率、左心室射血分数均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,存活率高于对照组（P〈0.05）,并发症发生率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用体外膜肺氧合治疗心脏手术后急性心功能衰竭患者,并实施针对性护理干预能改善患者临床各项指标,提高治疗效果。

Objective：To observe and analyze the nursing intervention for the treatment of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation after heart surgery in patients with acute cardiac function weak influence. Methods：Choose from December 2010 - December 2013 78 cases admitted during the period of cardiac surgery in patients with acute cardiac function weak as the research objectes. According to random number table method 78 patients were divided into control group and observation group. Control group treated with extracorporeal membrane oxygenation,implement routine nursing at the same time,such as monitoring tem-perature and urine output. Observation group with routine nursing based on the implementation of targeted nursing intervention,such as pressure sores nurs-ing,etc. Observed two groups of patients survival rate and complication rates,and changes the indicators before and after treatment. Results：Obviously im-proved after treatment,both groups to attend,but the observation group was better than that of control group （P 〈 0. 05）. In addition,the observation group survival rate was higher than the control group and complication rate was lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Using extracorporeal mem-brane oxygenation treat heart surgery in patients with acute cardiac function weak,and implement targeted nursing intervention can improve patients clinical indicators,improve the effect of treatment.
