微波热疗对胃肠道手术切口愈合的影响

Effect of microwave hyperthermina on incision healing after gastrointestinal tract surgery

目的：探讨微波热疗对胃肠道手术患者切口愈合的影响。方法：选择2013年11月~2014年10月胃肠道手术患者200例,将患者随机分为对照组112例和观察组88例,对照组术后对手术切口给予无菌敷料包扎,定期更换敷料,更换时注意严格无菌操作;观察组在此基础上对切口部位进行微波热疗治疗。结果：观察组患者手术切口愈合效果优于对照组（P〈0.05）,患者脂肪液化率和感染率低于对照组（P〈0.05）。患者切口愈合时间短于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：微波热疗对胃肠道手术后手术切口具有促进切口愈合、减少脂肪液化和预防感染的作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study and analyze the effect of the microwave hyperthemia on incision healing afer gastrointestinal trract operation. Methods：200 patients who received gastrointestinal tract operation from November 2013 to October 2014 were divided into treatment group （n = 112） and control group （n = 88） randomly. These incisions in the treatment group were given the microwave hyperthermia,while the control group were given the routine nursing. Results：In the treatment group,the healing rate was better than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The fat liquefaction rate and the infection rate of incision in the treatment group were lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. The time of incision healing in the treatment group was shorter than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Microwave hyperthermia can improve the healing rate of the operation incision after gastrointestinal tract operation,reduce the fat liquefaction rate and the infection rate of incision,it is worth promoting in clinic.
