摘要
目的：探讨护理网络在线平台在护士培训中的应用。方法：选取2013年12月~2014年5月我院血透室40名护士随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组在线培训,对照组为常规培训。经过3个月的培训结束后对两组护士统一考核,将成绩进行统计分析。结果：试验组理论、操作考核情况与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应该将应用护理网络在线平台的网络培训与常规培训以及外出进修培训结合起来,将构建成一个完善的护理人力资源培训体系。
Objective：To analyze the role and effectiveness of the nursing online platform in the nurse′s training. Methods：40 nurses were randomly divided into two groups,one group the online training group,and another group was regular training group. After 3 months training,they participated in uniform exam-ination. The scores were statistically analyzed. Results：The online training group get the higher score than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The train-ing of nursing online platform should be combined with regular training platform and outside training which will build into a comprehensive training system for nursing human resources.
