摘要
目的:探讨品管圈活动对消毒供应中心湿包的控制作用。方法:消毒供应中心成立品管圈,通过品管圈的活动步骤,运用品管圈质量管理常用手法和工具对湿包产生的原因进行分析,制定对策并实施,达到降低湿包发生率。结果:湿包发生率由实行品管圈管理之前的1.30%降至为0.12%,实行品管圈管理前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:品管圈的运用减少了湿包的发生率,提高了消毒供应中心的无菌物品的质量,降低了医院感染的发生。
Objective:To investigate the control function of QCC action for the wet pack of sterilization supply center. Methods:We can analysed the causes of wet pack by the active steps of QCC,which was established by sterilization supply center,used the common methods and tools for quality management of QCC,as well as formulating and implementing the strategies,so that the incidence of wet pack would be reduced. Results:The incidence of wet pack would be reduced from 1. 30% to 0. 12% after the QCC management,and there was a statistically significant difference when compared the implementation of QCC management before and after (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:The application of QCC not only reduce the incidence of wet pack,but also improve the quality of sterile items of Sterilization Supply Center and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.
